Important Notice for Wallet Funding

When funding your wallet using PayPal method, please keep the following in mind:

1. You should select-enable the option "help cover fees".
   If you enable this option, we charge a 5% fee. If you don't, we reduce the recharge amount by the amount shown on the page before charging a 5% fee.

2. Important: Ensure you select the "NNS/Recharge ViWallet" option in the "Use this donation for" field.
   If this option is not selected, your funds will be treated as a donation/tip - and your ViWallet will not be recharged.

3. Deposited funds will be credited to your account within 24 hours after the payment has been fully processed by PayPal.
   If PayPal places the funds "on hold," you will not receive the credit until the hold is released. This may take several days, and it's not up to us.

4. Any recharge bonuses available in your account at the time of payment will automatically be added to your recharge amount once the payment is credited, bonuses are added after charging of fees.

5. Once the funds have been credited to your account, you will receive a confirmation via Discord.

• Revolut, Blik, PaySafeCard Direct
  BEST • When recharging via Revolut (using any type of transfer): No charges (Exchange fee, if applicable: 1.25%. Exchange rate based on NBP).
  • When recharging using BLIK: We charge fee of 1.37% for deposits under 100 PLN, no fee for deposits of 100 PLN or more.
  • When depositing with PaySafeCard: We charge fee of 1.62% for deposits under 100 PLN and 1.37% for under 200 PLN, no fee for deposits of 200 PLN or more.

Please note: Once the funds are credited to your account, they are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn.
By making the payment, you agree to waive your right to a refund.
