How do we collect and process data?

Our server is governed by Discord's privacy policy, which can be found here: https://discord.com/privacy.

Our policy is clear: we do not collect or store data outside of the Discord platform, except in specific situations where we may store some data directly in the cloud, such as Google Drive, or personal devices. This includes data shared with us during recruitment processes, contacting us outside of the platform, or other non-descript situations that require it.  We keep records of all deleted or edited messages and actions performed on our server by users on our server for moderation and security purposes.

When we collect data for personal verification purposes, we follow an additional privacy policy.
