1. General provisions

1.1§ Failure to comply with the rules entails receiving a penalty.

1.2§ Ignorance of the regulations and other rules of the server do not relieve you of your obligation to obey them.

1.3§ It is your responsibility to abide by the Discord Community Guidelines (https://discord.com/guidelines) and the Discord Terms of Service (https://discord.com/terms) as they are part of the rules.

1.4§ The staff has the right to update the regulations.

1.5§ The staff can punish for things not included in the rules if it deems that it works to the detriment of the server.

1.6§ Rejoiners will result in a ban.

1.7§ Accounts existing for less than 14 days will be banned when attempting to join the server.

1.8§ You must be at least 13 years of age to be on our server.

1.9§ Impersonation of server users, public figures as well as bots is prohibited.

1.10§ Forbidden to have invisible/unmarkable/vulgar/nsfw/hoisting avatars, nicknames, statuses of the “About Me” section or other parts of the user profile.

1.11§ It is forbidden to steal, misappropriate, copy or use any kind of content posted on our server, service/app, website or with any other places managed by us. Any violations of this type will be dealt with through legal channels including but not limited to Article 115 - “Infringement of Copyrights”.

1.12§ The use of multi-accounts for the purpose of gaining any advantage or circumventing penalties is strictly prohibited, and any multi-account should be reported to the Staff.

1.13§ The use of selfbots is categorically prohibited, and their detection will result in an unconditional ban.

1.14§ Use of a modified Discord client, its modification, or possession of “plug-ins” will incur an unconditional ban.

1.15§ Any user may appeal against the punishment given to him. Excluding automatic penalties or those marked as “[BMA]”. You will be informed about the possibility of appealing a mute/ban by @Dyno#3861 in a private message, so make sure you have the possibility to receive private messages from users from our server.

1.16§ Any user can recruit for available positions as long as they meet the requirements.

1.17§ Every user who joins the server must select roles visible in the introduction screen. Users who joined the server before the screen was added must fire it up using the special channel #Channels and Roles located at the very top of the channel list and select roles for themselves.

1.18§ We are polite and tolerant of each other, everyone deserves respect.

2. Rules of behavior.

2.1§ It is forbidden to litter the chat in any way. This includes, but is not limited to: spam, flood, caps, mass/pointless pictures, gifs, reactions.

2.2§ Swearing in excessive amounts is prohibited.

2.3§ Toxic behavior (hate speech, name-calling, insulting, etc.) is prohibited.

2.4§ It is prohibited to provoke or encourage violations of the rules in any way.

2.5§ It is prohibited to cheat, abuse, blackmail, ridicule ( and similar) other users.

2.6§ Any content that is not suitable for work, family, or public viewing (NSFW in any form) is strictly prohibited.

2.7§ It is forbidden to disseminate other people's personal data (including photos, age, name and other sensitive data).

2.8§ It is forbidden to exploit staff, server, discord errors as well as loopholes in the rules. All errors encountered should be reported in the appropriate channel for this purpose.

2.9§ It is forbidden to interfere with the work of staff, and failure to comply with their instructions will result in a penalty.

2.10§ It is forbidden to advertise in any way (including in private messages or using your profile).

2.11§ Sending any links without proper context is prohibited and they will be deleted. Exceptions are links sent by personal verified users.

2.12§ You may not send files or discuss topics that are commonly considered “taboo” (e.g.: vulgar, racist, political, religious).

2.13§ It is forbidden to ping users/staff/roles unnecessarily. Mass mentions are also prohibited.

2.14§ It is ordered to use channels according to their intended use.

2.15§ It is ordered to use standard Latin-script alphabets font. Writing in the so-called “custom font” or “zalgo” is prohibited.

2.16§ It is required to use permitted languages in text and voice channels. The currently allowed languages can be found in the topic of the main text chat channel.
